Jennifer Carraway, PHR has over 12 years of experience as an HR Generalist ranging from training and coaching, employee relations, investigations, labor law interpretations, mediations, etc.  As the Vice President of PER, she works with clients to create, extend and change corporate cultures to reflect best HR practices.  Her broad base of experience has been applied to recognize and remedy companies HR issues by working directly with clients such as medical offices, hospitality corporations, restaurant chains, the automotive industry, law firms and more.   

Ms. Carraway graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources Development. She was a founding member of the student chapter of SHRM at the University of Florida.  Ms. Carraway completed a Human Resource internship at Shands Hospital in Gainesville Florida.  She began her Human Resources Career with RDV Sportsplex, Inc. (home of the Orlando Magic) as an HR assistant before coming to work with PER in 1998.  Jennifer received her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) in 2000 from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Carraway was born in Nebraska, raised in Colorado and currently resides in Orlando.  Hobbies include international travel, skiing, and community service work.
