Troy’s career in the PEO industry spans over 31 years, including multiple senior leadership/executive roles and close collaboration with hundreds of professionals who share his commitment to supporting employers and their teams. In 2014, he embraced entrepreneurship and joined forces with two outstanding partners to successfully build the country’s largest PEO-centric commercial insurance agency. The firm was acquired in 2019 by one of the world’s largest brokerages, where Troy continued to serve for four years.
Through every chapter, his focus has remained constant: to strengthen the PEO industry and help businesses thrive.
