Tina is the founder and President of Professional Employer Resources, Inc. (PER). Leading the organization with her operational background and extensive experience in the PEO industry, Tina is responsible for setting the overall corporate strategy and directing the business plan for scalability.
Tina attended the University of Central Florida and earned her B.S. degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources, before beginning her career in the PEO industry.
Prior to starting her own company, Tina served as Vice President and corporate controller for one of the largest PEOs in the U.S. at the time. Her primary responsibilities were to oversee corporate finances and reporting as well as the execution and implementation of all Management Information Systems functions for the company and its district offices. After five years of gaining valuable experience, Tina left her employer and pursued her goal of starting her own PEO. For over 25 years, PER has been successful in providing cost-effective outsourcing of human resource services to its clients under Tina’s expert leadership.
