We offer an online portal where employers and employees can access information at no additional cost.
EMPLOYER ACCESSIBILITY
Employer information available on the online portal includes:
- Payroll reports (invoices, check registers, departmental reports, etc.)
- HR reports (benefits, addresses, vacation time, etc.)
- Ability to create custom reports (birthdays, emergency contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
- Capability to submit employee changes such as addresses, job positions, departments, and wages
- Option for electronic payroll submission
EMPLOYEE ACCESSIBILITY
Employee information available on the online portal includes:
- Ability to verify accuracy of personal information and make necessary changes (i.e. address, tax withholding, direct deposit account changes)
- Access to view and print pay stubs
- Access to view and print W-2 statements
