Employees can directly deposit all or a portion of their paycheck to any financial institution or pay card in the United States.

EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITTY

PER offers employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) to clients (additional fees may apply).

CREDIT UNION

PER offers access to a credit union to all employees.

PAY CARD

Pay cards are available to all employees that are eligible for direct deposit. With no bank account required and no cost to you as the employer, a pay card allows you to:

• Determine a set amount of money from the employee’s paycheck to be directly deposited onto the employee’s pay card
• Eliminate check fraud and check cashing fees
• Give employees the power of a Visa Card
