EEOC Updates Its Guidance on Vaccinations

On May 28, 2021, The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced updated and expanded guidelines concerning Covid-19 vaccination requirements and incentives for employees. Employers can now require all employees entering the workplace to be vaccinated, so long as 2 requirements are met.
